Heimly PAYMENTS AND ESCROW
Who pays, who gets paid, how much, and where the money is now
Every screen answers those four things. The same fee breakdown appears before paying, on the detail page and in each confirmation. All fee percentages and the escrow threshold shown here are examples, marked as such.
Decisions
Fees are shown on top of the agreed amount, so the owner and agent always get exactly what was agreed. The status line always says where the money is right now, in words, before any label. Only Release, Pay and Refund move money, and each one asks you to confirm the amount and who gets it.
Owner not on Heimly
The agent can list the property, but the owner's share can only go to an account whose name matches the owner. The owner gets a link, adds their bank, and we show the name the bank returns before saving. The agent's own account is never accepted for the owner's share.
