Properties and their applications, in one place

Listings and Applications are now two tabs of one destination. The pending count rides on the tab and on the sidebar entry, so the queue stays in sight after losing its own menu item. Everything below is live: filter, open a property, approve, reject, create a lease. Use the bar to switch account type, screen and state; every artboard follows it.

One status, not two

Each listing shows a single status. Availability wins, so a rented home reads Rented, with “still published” beneath it as a fact rather than a second badge.

Four numbers, not a chart

A chart of four totals asks you to read shapes. Four numbers can be read at once, and each one is also the filter for that group.

The card says where it is

Waiting, approved, lease drafted, lease active. Four flags become one track with a sentence under it, and the last step points to Portfolio.

Filters live in the link

The address bar on each desktop artboard updates as you filter. Copy it and the person you send it to lands on the same view.

Agents see whose it is

Owner and commission sit on every row. Invites wait above the list. Work under another landlord shows as a name and two counts, never records.

The track is the same four steps every time. A live application lights the step it is on in orange; a finished one ends in green; one that stopped shows where, and the steps after it go quiet. The sentence under the track says the same thing in words.
