One page for everything that needs doing on a property
Tenant requests and team tasks now live in one list. A request and the task created when you assign it are one row, and the task's progress shows up in that row's timeline. Everything below works: switch who is looking, open a row, acknowledge, assign, resolve, reject, complete, or report a problem as a tenant.
Name and place
“Requests & tasks”, because it says what is inside. It sits in the main sidebar under Portfolio and has one icon everywhere. Its badge counts Needs you. The phone tab shortens it to “Requests”, since the full name doesn't fit.
Four views
Needs you: new requests, work assigned to you that you haven't started, finished work waiting for you to mark resolved, reopened requests, and anything overdue. Open is everything still moving. Done is final. Archived is tasks you hid.
