What each person sees first

The persona comes from the sign-up questions. Every list has four steps. A step ticks itself when the thing really happens (a published listing, a verified NIN), never on a click. The panel closes for good when every step is done, or when the person hides it.

Where the content lives

Steps, wording, video links and articles are rows the admin team edits in the admin portal, next to Help text. Changing a step never needs a release. A video tile only shows once its link is set.

Someone with two personas

A landlord who also rents sees the list for the account they are using now. Switching accounts in the header switches the list. Progress is kept per account.

Team members who were invited

They skip company steps. Their list starts with what their role does: an agent sees assigned listings, a manager sees the rent roll.
